The Artificer’s Guarantee & Our Pact on Returns

Greetings, Adventurer. Every artifact that leaves our forge is a unique commission, crafted and customized especially for you. Like a legendary sword bound to its hero, your creation is yours alone. For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any custom-made items.

We want you to be proud of the gear you carry, so we have forged this pact to cover two specific scenarios:

 

An Artifact Scathed on its Quest (Damaged in Shipping)

We entrust our creations to the swiftest couriers, but sometimes even the most fortified caravan is beset by trolls (or rough handling). If your artifact arrives broken or damaged from its journey to you, please send a missive to info@nerdiecuts within 5 days of its arrival.

Be sure to include scrying images (photos) of the damage to the item and the packaging. Once the Guild reviews the evidence, we will immediately begin forging a replacement of the identical item and dispatch it to your citadel with haste.

 

A Flaw in the Forging (On Craftsmanship)

We pride ourselves on the quality of our artifice and stand by every piece we create. As each item is forged from natural materials like wood, minor variations and unique characteristics are part of its magic and are not considered flaws.

However, if you believe your item has a significant defect in its craftsmanship, please send a missive to info@nerdiecuts.com with scrying images (photos) for the Forge Master to review. On a case-by-case basis, we will consider a replacement of the identical item if we determine the quality does not meet our legendary standards.
